Apple is all set to unveil its new set of iPhone and HomePod for the users. Let’s summarise all that we know about the upcoming Apple event tomorrow in India.
iPhone 12
According to rumours, Apple will launch 4 new iPhone models. iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 pro, iPhone 12 pro max. All of these 2020 iPhones are expected to have a faster A14 chip with native support for 5G. As we can expect, these will be the fastest iPhone that Apple has made so far.
iPhone 12 is expected to have a 5.4 inch OLED display while the iPhone 12 mini is expected to have a usual 6.1 inch display from the iPhone 11. According to news, this will be the first time, Apple will use OLED displays in the iPhones. In 2020 as of now, the cheapest selling iPhone XR, has an LCD display.
The iPhone 12 pro is expected to have a 6.1 inch OLED screen and the pro max would have a 6.7 inch display. The pro models might have a LiDAR scanner inbuilt but that is not sure as of now.
The pricing of the base iPhone 12 mini will start at an expected price of $699 in US, $799 for the iPhone 12, $999 for the iPhone 12 pro, and $1099 for the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
In India, you can expect the pricing to be INR 70,000 for the base iPhone 12 Mini and all the way upto INR 1,09,999 for the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Accessories also in the event
Along with it’s new iPhone, Apple is also going to announce a new HomePod and an all new over the ear headphone. In order to make the HomePod affordable for most of the people, we can expect a HomePod mini which would be priced at $99 in US. This is an expected news and we don’t know what to expect tomorrow.
Apple is also rumoured to be developing a Wireless Charger for it’s iPhone 12 line-up. Top leakers say that Apple might me making a magnetic wireless charger for the new iPhones which would attach magnetically to the back.
What’s not coming Tomorrow
Many users, including me expected the ARM mac’s to be launched tomorrow but sadly we got not confirmation of this news. They might be released next year and we have to wait a bit more for getting a look on these news Apple Macbooks.
